研究分析头孢菌素类药物的药理学特点和临床应用情况

To Study and Analyze the Pharmacological Characteristics and Clinical Application of Cephalosporins

目的探析第3代头孢菌素类抗菌药物临床应用状况,并对药理学特点进行分析。方法对2018年1月至2018年12月本院接收的78例采用第3代头孢菌素类抗菌药物患者临床资料回顾分析,包括药物使用方法、药物使用频度及头孢菌素出库状况等。结果在药物用药频度(DDDs)方面,第2代头孢菌素药物占据首位,其次是第3代头孢菌素类抗菌药物,临床上,常见头孢菌素类抗菌药物有头孢克肟、头孢他啶、头孢曲松钠和头孢哌酮等,上述药物使用方法以静脉滴注、口服、静脉注射及肌内注射等为主,每种药物药理特点存在一定差异。结论熟练掌握每种头孢菌素类药物使用方式及知识,根据患者病情发展合理用药,才能有助于提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical application of the third generation cephalosporins and analyze their pharmacological characteristics.Methods The clinical data of 78 patients receiving the third generation cephalosporins from January 2018 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed,including the methods of drug use,frequency of drug use and the status of cephalosporins out of stock.Results In DDDs,the second generation cephalosporins took the first place,followed by the third generation cephalosporins.In clinic,the common cephalosporins were cefixime,ceftazidime,ceftriaxone sodium and cefoperazone.The above-mentioned drugs were mainly used by intravenous drip,oral,intravenous and intramuscular injection.There are some differences in pharmacological characteristics.Conclusion It is helpful to improve the therapeutic effect to master the usage mode and knowledge of each cephalosporin drug and to develop rational drug use according to the patient's condition.
