影响微生物检验结果的因素分析及质量控制

Factor Analysis and Quality Control of Microorganism Test Results

目的探讨影响微生物检验结果的因素,采取有效质量控制方法提高微生物检验准确性。方法随机从我院2016年3月至2017年2月选出2600份微生物。通过分析影响微生物检验结果的因素采取相应的质量控制策略,并并用于2017年3月至2018年2月待检测的3000份微生物。对比两个不同时间段微生物检验结果。结果分析对比发现,2016年3月至2017年2月检验的微生物中共有380份不合格,不合格率为14.6%,2017年3月至2018年2月共有111份不合格,不合格率为3.7%,检验数据P<0.05,具有统计学意义;影响微生物检验结果准确性的因素主要有人为因素、操作因素、标本因素以及其他因素。结论微生物检验中,针对影响检验结果准确性因素,通过提高微生物检验人员素质、严格操作流程、提高送检标本质量以及其他质量控制策略提高检验准确率,为临床诊断提供参考性根据。

Objective To explore the factors influencing the results of microbial testing and to adopt effective quality control methods to improve the accuracy of microbial testing.Methods 2600 microorganisms were selected randomly from March 2016 to February 2017 in our hospital.Through the analysis of the factors affecting the results of microbial testing,the corresponding quality control strategy was adopted,and 3000 samples of microorganisms were tested from March 2017 to February 2018.The results of microbial test in two different time periods were compared.Result The analysis and comparison showed that 380 microorganisms tested from March 2016 to February 2017 were not qualified,the unqualified rate was 14.6%,111 from March 2017 to February 2018 were unqualified,the unqualified rate was 3.7%,the test data P<0.05,with statistical significance;the main factors affecting the accuracy of microbial test results were human factors,operational factors,sample factors and other factors.Conclusion In microbial testing,aiming at the factors affecting the accuracy of test results,the accuracy of microbial testing can be improved by improving the quality of microbial inspectors,strictly operating procedures,improving the quality of samples sent for inspection and other quality control strategies,which can provide reference basis for clinical diagnosis.
