综合护理干预对老年脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能和生活质量的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Limb Function and Quality of Life of Elderly Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

目的分析综合护理干预对老年脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能与生活质量的影响。方法我院2017年8月至2018年8月接收脑卒中偏瘫老年患者92例。研究中根据双盲分组法将患者分为对照组和观察组,两组患者均有46例。对照组患者展开常规护理方法,观察组患者提供综合护理干预。对比两种不同护理措施的应用效果。结果经统计,对照组患者护理满意度为80.4%,低于观察组患者的97.8%,检验两组患者数据P<0.05,符合统计学意义;护理前两组患者Fugl-Meyer评分、WHOQOL-BRE评分并无明显区别,护理后所有患者均改善,且观察组患者改善效果优于对照组,检验数据P<0.05,符合统计学意义;对比两组患者生活质量评分,观察组患者各项生活质量评定指标评分均高于对照组,检验两组数据P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论为脑卒中偏瘫患者提供综合护理干预,可提高患者临床护理满意度,同时有利于患者肢体功能恢复,对提高患者生活质量具有重要的意义,可促进患者早日康复。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on limb function and quality of life of elderly stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods From August 2017 to August 2018,92 elderly patients with stroke and hemiplegia were admitted to our hospital.According to the double blind grouping method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group.There were 46 patients in both groups.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention.To compare the effect of two different nursing measures.Results According to statistics,the nursing satisfaction of patients in the control group was 80.4%,lower than 97.8%of patients in the observation group,and the data of patients in the two groups were tested P<0.05,which accorded with statistical significance.There was no significant difference in Fugl-Meyer score and WHOQOL-BRE score between the two groups before nursing,and all patients improved after nursing,and the improvement effect of patients in the observation group was better than that of patients in the observation group.Control group,the test data P<0.05,in line with statistical significance;Comparing the two groups of patients'quality of life score,the observation group patients'quality of life evaluation index score is higher than the control group,test two groups of data P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion Providing comprehensive nursing intervention for stroke patients with hemiplegia can improve patients'satisfaction with clinical nursing,and is also conducive to the recovery of patients'limb function.It is of great significance to improve patients'quality of life and promote early recovery of patients.
