心理护理对胆结石患者围手术期生活质量的影响分析

目的探讨胆结石患者,围术期阶段行心理护理的临床价值。方法以我院于2016年4月至2017年4月收治的胆结石患者62例为研究对象,以随机数字表法的形式将其平均分为研究组和对照组,每组各为31例。研究组行心理护理干预,对照组行基础干预,对比两组入院前后焦虑评分和抑郁评分,同时记录两组生活质量。结果①入院前研究组焦虑评分(55.83±8.52)分、抑郁评分(55.46±8.31)分和对照组(58.25±8.71)分、(58.24±8.53)分对比,无统计学意义(t=0.1730、0.0045,P>0.05);入院后研究组上述评分(37.01±6.55)分、(41.80±6.85)分和对照组(43.29±7.45)分、(49.26±7.05)分对比有统计学意义(t=3.5247、4.2254,P<0.04);②术后生活质量评分中,研究组躯体评分(20.24±5.06)分、自觉反应(63.45±5.27)分和对照组(19.85±5.40)分、(62.02±6.78)分对比无统计学意义(t=0.2934、0.9271,P>0.05),研究组日常生活能力(15.83±3.15)分、心理状态(16.45±2.47)分和总分(118.51±7.05)分和对照组(10.28±3.44)分、(11.32±3.57)分、(102.93±7.66)分对比差异性显著(t=6.6249、6.5794、8.3325,P <0.05)。结论心理护理应用于胆结石患者围手术期中,有利于对患者手术前的焦虑和于状态进行平衡,提升术后生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical value of psychological nursing for patients with gallstones during perioperative period.Methods 62 patients with gallstones admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were divided into study group and control group by random number table,with 31 cases in each group.The study group received psychological nursing intervention,while the control group received basic intervention.The anxiety and depression scores of the two groups before and after admission were compared,and the quality of life of the two groups was recorded.Results(1)There was no significant difference in anxiety score(55.83±8.52),depression score(55.46±8.31)and control group(58.25±8.71)and(58.24±8.53)before admission(t=0.1730,0.0045,P>0.05);the above scores(37.01±6.55),(41.80±6.85)and control group(43.29±7.45)and(49.26±7.05)after admission(t=0.1730,0.0045,P>0.05).(t=3.5247,4.2254,P<0.04);(2)In the quality of life score after operation,there were no significant differences in body score(20.24±5.06),conscious response(63.45±5.27)and control group(19.85±5.40)and(62.02±6.78)(t=0.2934,0.9271,P>0.05),daily living ability(15.83±3.15)and psychological state(16.45±2.47)in the study group.The total score(118.51±7.05)was significantly different from that of the control group(10.28±3.44),(11.32±3.57)and(102.93±7.66)(t=6.6249,6.5794,8.3325,P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing applied in the perioperative period of patients with gallstones can help to balance the anxiety and state of patients before operation and improve the quality of life after operation.
