早期康复护理对老年脑外科手术患者的效果

Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing on Elderly Patients with Brain Surgery

目的探析早期康复护理对老年脑外科手术患者的效果。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月在我院脑外科接受手术治疗的48例老年患者作为主要研究对象,采用数字随机表达法分组,24例/组。对照组和观察组分别实施常规护理、早期康复护理,比较两组的康复优良率、患者满意度、抑郁程度、日常生活能力、神经功能缺损程度和运动功能。结果观察组的康复优良率明显高于对照组,有显著差异;经护理后,观察组患者的抑郁程度、日常生活能力、神经功能缺损程度和运动功能的改善情况均明显优于对照组,有显著差异(P <0.05);观察组患者对护理工作的满意度显著高于对照组,两组比较存在显著差异。结论对老年脑外科手术患者实施早期康复护理可获得理想效果,能够改善患者的负面情绪和神经功能缺损程度,同时可提升其日常生活能力和运动能力,且患者对于护理工作的满意度高,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on elderly patients undergoing brain surgery.Methods From March 2018 to March 2019,48 elderly patients who underwent surgical treatment in brain surgery of our hospital were selected as the main research subjects.They were divided into 24 cases/group by random digital expression method.The control group and the observation group were given routine nursing and early rehabilitation nursing respectively.The excellent and good rate of rehabilitation,patient satisfaction,depression degree,daily living ability,neurological deficit degree and motor function were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of recovery in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.After the nursing,the degree of depression,daily living ability,neurological deficit and motor function of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group.The difference was(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the nursing group in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion Early rehabilitation care for elderly patients with brain surgery can achieve ideal results,improve patients'negative emotions and neurological deficits,improve their daily living ability and exercise capacity,and patients'satisfaction with nursing work is high.Further popularization and application in clinical practice.
