探讨个性化护理对老年脑卒中后吞咽功能的影响分析

目的探讨老年脑卒患实施个性化护理后对吞咽功能的影响。方法本次研究选取2018年1月至2019年3月来我院就诊的82例老年脑卒中患者,采用双盲法分成2组,常规组用一般性护理,实验组用个性化护理,比较两组的吞咽功能及相关并发症情况。结果实验组患者的吞咽功能WST评分显著低于常规组,两组差异呈统计学意义(P <0.05)。实验组并发症发生率为9.76%,显著低于常规组为26.83%,两组差异呈统计学意义(P <0.05)结论给予老年脑卒中患个性化护理,有助于提升吞咽功能,降低相关性并发症的发生率,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of personalized nursing on swallowing function in elderly patients with cerebral death.Methods 82 elderly patients with stroke who came to our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were divided into two groups by double-blind method.The routine group was given general nursing and the experimental group was given personalized nursing.The swallowing function and related complications of the two groups were compared.Results The WST score of swallowing function in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 9.76%,which was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(26.83%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized nursing for elderly stroke patients can improve swallowing function and reduce the incidence of related complications.It is worth popularizing and applying.
