针对性护理在慢性胃溃疡患者护理中的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Targeted Nursing on Patients with Chronic Gastric Ulcer

目的探究分析针对性护理应用于慢性胃溃疡患者护理中的实施效果。方法将医院确诊收治的96例慢性胃溃疡患者纳入本次研究中,随机数字原则分为两组,每组48例,分别为对照组、观察组,分别采用常规护理、针对性护理,比较不同护理干预应用后的临床效果。结果观察组睡眠质量、生活质量评分与治疗总有效率高于对照组,治疗依从性评分高于对照组,焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论针对性护理应用于慢性胃溃疡患者中,可提高患者的生活质量,应用效果显著。

Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing in the nursing of patients with chronic gastric ulcer.Methods 96 patients with chronic gastric ulcer admitted to the hospital were included in the study.The random number principle was divided into two groups,48 in each group,which were control group and observation group.They were treated with routine nursing and targeted nursing.Clinical effects after application of different nursing interventions.Results The sleep quality,quality of life score and total effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The treatment compliance score was higher than that of the control group.The anxiety and depression scores were lower than the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing can improve the quality of life of patients with chronic gastric ulcer,and the application effect is remarkable.
