探讨开腹胆囊切除术和腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者的护理情况

To Explore the Nursing of Patients after Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy and Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的探讨开腹胆囊切除术和腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者的护理情况。方法从本院2018年1月至2019年1月接受的胆囊切除术患者中,抽取60例作为研究对象,根据手术方式不同将其设置为开腹组(行开腹胆囊切除术)和腹腔镜组(行腹腔镜胆囊切除术),各组均30例。两组患者均实行围手术期综合护理方案,①观察两组患者术后肛门排气时间、进食时间、下床活动时间以及住院时间等各项基本情况;②观察两组患者并发症发生情况。结果①腹腔镜组患者术后肛门排气时间、进食时间、下床活动时间、住院时间相较于开腹组患者均得到了显著的缩短(P<0.05);②腹腔镜组患者护理后并发症发生率相较于开腹组患者得到了明显的降低(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术相较于开腹胆囊切除术手术创口更小、手术术后恢复更快、对患者造成的创伤更小,在临床护理过程中加强对患者术前术后护理是降低患者术后并发症、促进预后的重要手段,对腹腔镜胆囊切除术以及开腹胆囊切除术患者围手术期实施相同的综合护理措施后,腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后肛门排气时间、进食时间、下床活动时间相较于开腹胆囊切除术患者更早,住院时间更短,且并发症发生率较开腹胆囊切除术患者更低,二者相比在采取相同护理措施的情况下腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后各项基本情况更佳,有利于患者预后。

Objective To explore the nursing of patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy and laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods 60 cases of cholecystectomy patients who received cholecystectomy in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as study subjects.According to different surgical methods,they were divided into open group(laparoscopic cholecystectomy)and laparoscopic group(laparoscopic cholecystectomy),with 30 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were given perioperative comprehensive nursing program.Patients in the two groups were observed after anal exhaust time,eating time,time to get out of bed and hospitalization time,etc.The complications were observed in both groups.Results Patients in the laparoscopic group had significantly shorter postoperative anal exhaust time,feeding time,time to get out of bed,and hospital stay than patients in the open group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the laparoscopic group was significantly lower than that in the open group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy compared with open abdominal wound cholecystectomy surgery a smaller,faster postoperative recovery,cause less trauma to patients,in the process of clinical nursing to strengthen postoperative nursing care of patients with preoperative is to reduce the postoperative complications and promote the prognosis of patients with important means,in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy and open cholecystectomy perioperative same comprehensive nursing measures after laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients postoperative anal exhaust time,eating,time to ambulation,compared to open cholecystectomy patients earlier,a shorter hospital stay,and a lower incidence of complications in patients with open cholecystectomy.Compared with the two in the same nursing measures in the case of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients after the basic conditions are better,is conducive to the prognosis of patients.
