Discuss the Influence of Midwifery Nursing on the Delivery of Elderly Parturients

目的探析高龄产妇采取助产护理对分娩的影响。方法随机选取2018年2月至2018年11月本院接收的74例高龄产妇,以入院单号、双号平均分为两组,对照组(n=37)开展常规护理方案,研究组(n=37)接受助产护理方案,统计各组自然分娩率、剖宫产率、新生儿窒息率、产程时间、产时出血量、新生儿Apgar评分。结果在剖宫产率、自然分娩率、新生儿窒息率方面,对照组分别是32.43%、67.57%和18.92%,研究组分别是8.11%、91.89%和2.70%,研究组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在第一产程、第二产程、产时出血量方面,研究组均较对照组更优(P<0.05);在Apgar评分≥8分率方面,对照组是8.11%,研究组是40.54%,研究组较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高龄产妇分娩过程中,助产护理工作的开展,不仅可以缩减产程时间,减少产时出血量,同时有助于自然分娩率提高,避免新生儿窒息现象的发生,确保母婴身体健康与生命安全,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of midwifery nursing on delivery of elderly parturients.Methods 74 elderly parturients received in our hospital from February 2018 to November 2018 were randomly selected and divided into two groups with single and double admission numbers.The control group(n=37)carried out routine nursing program,and the research group(n=37)received midwifery nursing program.Natural delivery rate,cesarean section rate,neonatal asphyxia rate,duration of labor,amount of bleeding during delivery,Apgar score of newborn were counted.Results In the cesarean section rate,natural delivery rate and neonatal asphyxia rate,the control group was 32.43%,67.57%and 18.92%respectively,and the study group was 8.11%,91.89%and 2.70%respectively.The study group was superior to the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05);in the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,the amount of bleeding during delivery,the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05);in the Apgar score was greater than 8.In terms of score,the control group was 8.11%,and the research group was 40.54%.The research group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The development of midwifery nursing can not only shorten the time of labor and reduce the amount of bleeding during delivery,but also help to improve the natural delivery rate,avoid the occurrence of neonatal asphyxia and ensure the health and safety of mother and infant,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
