针对性护理应用于慢性胃溃疡患者护理的临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Targeted Nursing in the Nursing of Patients with Chronic Gastric Ulcer

目的探讨针对性护理应用于慢性胃溃疡患者临床护理中的实际价值。方法对照组慢性胃溃疡患者予以常规护理,研究组慢性胃溃疡患者予以常规护理+针对性护理。结果两组护理前SAS、SDS、WHOQOL-100量表评价结果均P>0.05;护理后研究组慢性胃溃疡患者SAS、SDS量表评分结果较之前有所提高(P<0.05),研究组护理后WHOQOL-100量表评价结果较护理前提高幅度优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组慢性胃溃疡患者对护理服务满意度(93.33%)、依从性优良率(100.00%)均高于对照组(分别为60.00%、80.00%),P<0.05。结论应用常规护理基础上加用针对性护理服务有利于缓解慢性胃溃疡患者负面情绪,对提高其生活质量、维持良好的护患关系也具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the practical value of targeted nursing in clinical nursing of patients with chronic gastric ulcer.Methods The patients with chronic gastric ulcer in the control group were given routine nursing,while the patients with chronic gastric ulcer in the study group were given routine nursing plus targeted nursing.Results The results of SAS,SDS and WHOQOL-100 scales before nursing in both groups were all P>0.05;the scores of SAS and SDS scales in chronic gastric ulcer patients in the study group were improved after nursing(P<0.05);the results of WHOQOL-100 scales after nursing in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of patients with chronic gastric ulcer in the study group was 93.33%and 93.33%respectively.The excellent and good compliance rate(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(60.00%and 80.00%,respectively),P<0.05.Conclusion The application of targeted nursing service on the basis of routine nursing is helpful to alleviate the negative emotions of patients with chronic gastric ulcer,and is also of great significance to improve their quality of life and maintain a good nurse-patient relationship.
