胆结石患者行腹腔镜治疗的手术室护理配合

Operational Room Care for Patients with Gallstones Undergoing Laparoscopic Treatment

目的探讨胆结石行腹腔镜手术患者的有效手术室护理配合途径,改善疗效。方法取2018年1月至2018年12月本院58例胆结石行腹腔镜手术患者,根据护理方法的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,每组29例,对照组予以常规护理,观察组采用全方位护理,对比两组应用效果。结果观察组并发症发生率为3.4%,明显低于对照组的13.8%(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、排气时间以及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全方位护理能够促进胆结石行腹腔镜手术并发症的减少,促进患者早期康复,提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the effective operation room nursing approach for patients with cholelithiasis undergoing laparoscopic surgery and to improve the curative effect.Methods From January 2018 to December 2018,58 patients with gallstones underwent laparoscopic surgery.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group.29 patients in each group were given routine nursing care.The observation group used all-round care to compare the effects of the two groups.Results The complication rate of the observation group was 3.4%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(13.8%)(P<0.05).The operation time,exhaust time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion All-round care can promote the reduction of complications of laparoscopic surgery for gallstones,promote early rehabilitation and improve patient satisfaction.
