导乐护理模式对产程的影响及效果分析

Analysis of the Influence and Effect of Doula Nursing Mode on Labor Process

目的探讨采取导乐护理模式对产程的影响及效果的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在辽阳市第二人民医院妇产科就诊的80例产妇随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例采取常规助产护理,试验组在对照组的基础上采取导乐护理措施,比较两组患者的产程时间的和顺产出血量的差异。结果试验组产程时间(8.22±1.32)h,产后出血量(156.01±14.52)mL,对照组产程时间(11.40±2.01)h,产后出血量(245.03±22.59)mL,试验组优于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论顺产产程中运用导乐陪伴分娩干预,有效的减低产后出血量,减少生产时间,提高产后生活质量,值得在临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of guided music nursing on labor process and its effect.Methods Eighty cases of parturient women admitted to the department of obstetrics and gynecology of liaoyang second people's hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,40 cases of the control group received routine midwifery nursing,and the experimental group received guided music nursing measures on the basis of the control group,to compare the differences between the two groups in labor time and the amount of spontaneous birth loss.Results Labor duration(8.22±1.32)hours and postpartum blood loss(156.01±14.52)mL in the experimental group,and labor duration(11.40±2.01)hours and postpartum blood loss(245.03±22.59)mL in the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of guided music in the process of natural labor can effectively reduce the amount of postpartum bleeding,reduce the delivery time,and improve the quality of postpartum life.
