近代奉天婚姻改良运动中的官方运作观察

Observation of the Official Operation of Marriage Reform Movement in Fengtian Province in Modern Times

通过对报刊、档案等资料的整理和总结,发现奉天官方在应对近代婚姻伦理嬗变的过程中,曾对所辖地区的早婚、纳妾和买卖婚姻三种主要陋俗进行大力整顿。当局采取了常令、奇计与官民合作并举等改良办法,将官绅吏民等各方力量有效结合,虽未能达到对婚姻陋俗彻底肃清的目的,但也使人民观念发生一定改变,为先进文化的传播和文明种族的延续奠定了基础。

Through the collation and summary of newspapers,archives and other materials,it is found that in the process of dealing with the evolution of modern marriage ethics,the officials of Fengtian province had made great efforts to rectify the three main vulgar customs of early marriage,concubinage and mercenary marriage in their jurisdiction areas.The authorities employed methods of making laws,playing tricks and cooperation between officials and civilians,effectively combining all forces of officials,squires and civilians.Although the government failed to completely eliminate the vulgar marriage customs,it changed people's concept,laying a foundation for the spread of advanced culture and the continuation of civilized race.
