粤西融入大湾区能够缩小广东省区域发展不平衡的差距,也是粤西地区实现自身发展的重大历史机遇。运用SWOT分析粤西融入大湾区一体化建设现状,得出结论为粤西具有特色资源以及海上运输便捷优势;存在缺乏交通中枢、区域金融失衡、人才凝聚力低与创新水平不高的劣势;面临粤港澳大湾区以及国家创新战略布局的历史机遇;在应对国际贸易紧张以及地区问题上遇到挑战。提出粤西融入大湾区一体化需明确各市定位、实现区域错位发展,加强基础建设、构建海陆空联动发展,建设区域中心城市,引入创新人才,区域金融调控,建设开放型经济体制的政策建议。

The integration of western Guangdong into the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA)can narrow the gap of unbalanced regional development in Guangdong Province,and it is also an important historical opportunity for western Guangdong to realize its own development.The SWOT is analyzed of current situation of integration construction of western Guangdong into the GBA.Western Guangdong has the advantages of characteristic resources and convenient maritime transportation.It has the disadvantages of lack of transportation center,regional financial imbalance,low cohesion of talents and low innovation level.It is facing the historical opportunity of the GBA and national innovation strategy layout.There are challenges in response to international trade tension and regional problems.In order to integrate western Guangdong into the GBA,it is necessary to make clear the positioning of each city to realize regional dislocation development,strengthen the infrastructure construction to realize the joint development in terms of sea,land and air,build a regional central city,introduce innovative talents,and build an open economic system with regional financial regulation and control.
