摘要
中国零售业进入瓶颈期,从零售变革的演进历史和我国零售业面临的困境来看,线下零售和线上零售都迫切需要寻找新的生意增长模式,新旧动能转换是必然选择。在这一转换过程中,零售业需要进行技术创新和模式创新,实现"人、货、场"的重构,以便降本增效,从而驱动零售行业的进一步发展。
China's retail industry has entered a bottleneck period.Judging from the evolution history of retail reform and the difficulties faced by China's retail industry,both offline and online retail are in urgent need of finding new business growth models,and it is an inevitable choice to replace the old growth drivers with the new ones.In this transformation process,the retail industry needs to carry on the technology innovation and model innovation,realizesthe reconstructionof"person,goods,market",so as to reduce the cost increases the efficiency,and drive the retail industry further development.
