产教融合视域下企业教师的培养探析

随着产教融合的进一步深化,企业在人才培养过程中扮演着重要角色。职业教师作为企业职业培训方面的主要人员,是人才开发与培养过程中最为积极活跃的因素,发挥着重要作用。企业从业人员转换为职业教师对其自身、新入职员工及企业都有诸多益处。产教融合视域下,应制定适合本企业的职业教师管理准则作为企业行业人员职业教师转换的制度保障,要注重骨干和优秀教师的全面培养与选拔,在思想、心理、业务、身体素质四个方面设立并执行职业教师转换标准。同时,也要重视职业教师制下的新员工指导策略。

With the further deepening of the integration of industry and education,enterprises play an important role in the process of talent training.As the main personnel in enterprise vocational training,vocational teachers are the most active factor in the process of talent development and training,and play an important role.The conversion of enterprise employees into professional teachers has many benefits for themselves,new employees and enterprises.From the perspective of the integration of industry and education,professional teacher management criteria suitable for the enterprise should be formulated as the institutional guarantee for the transformation of professional teachers of the enterprise personnel.It should pay attention to the comprehensive training and selection of backbone and excellent teachers,and set up and implement the standards for the transformation of professional teachers in the aspects of thought,psychology,business and physical quality.Meanwhile,it should also pay attention to the new employee guidance strategy under the professional teacher system.
