护理干预对地诺前列酮栓治疗足月引产的临床疗效

Clinical effect of nursing intervention on term induced labor with dinoprostone suppository

目的探讨护理干预对地诺前列酮栓治疗足月引产的临床疗效。方法选取2017年3月—2018年8月在我院进行治疗的足月引产产妇86例,参照随机数字表法的分组方法,分为对照组和观察组,每组各43例。对照组产妇采用地诺前列酮栓治疗,观察组产妇在对照组产妇的治疗基础上联合护理干预,观察分析两组产妇的临床指标(用药至临产时间、第一产程时间、第二产程时间、第三产程时间)及妊娠结局状况。结果观察组用药至临产、第一产程、第二产程及第三产程时间显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产后2 h及24 h的出血量显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良妊娠结局发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用护理干预对地诺前列酮栓治疗足月引产的产妇进行护理,能够促进产妇产程进展,降低不良妊娠结局发生率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nursing intervention on term induced labor with dinopros⁃tone suppository.Methods A total of 86 cases of full⁃term induced labor were selected in a hospital from March 2017 to August 2018,and they were divided into a control group and a trial group by the random digital table method,with 43 cases in each group.The women in the control group were treated with dinoprostone suppository,and the women in the trial group were treated with the combined nursing intervention on the basis of the treatment of the control group,and the clinical indexes of the women in the two groups were investigated and analyzed(the time from the medication to labor,the time of the first stage of labor,the time of the second stage of labor,the time of the third stage of labor,and pregnancy outcomes).Results The time from the medication to parturition,the time of the first stage of labor,the time of the second stage of labor,and the time of the third stage of labor of the trial group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The amounts of bleeding at 2 h and 24 h after delivery of the trial group were significantly less than those of the control group(both P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes of the trial group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention can promote the progress of parturient labor and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
