摘要
目的:利用超声明确与颈内静脉穿刺相关的颈胸膜的解剖。方法:利用超声检查2018年2月至2018年6月广东医科大学附属医院62例志愿者的双侧颈胸膜最高点与喉结、环状软骨上缘、锁骨头上缘的位置关系及其深度。结果:双侧颈胸膜最高点均位于喉结和环状软骨上缘尾侧、锁骨头上缘头侧。左侧颈胸膜最高点到喉结、环状软骨上缘、锁骨头上缘的距离分别是(5.2±1.4)cm、(3.3±1.3)cm、(2.7±0.8)cm;而右侧分别是(5.5±1.5)cm、(3.7±1.4)cm、(2.4±0.9)cm。左、右颈胸膜最高点距体表深度分别为(2.5±0.4)cm、(2.6±0.5)cm。结论:临床医师进行颈内静脉穿刺时可参考以上数据,避免损伤颈胸膜。
Objective This study aims to use ultrasound to determine the anatomy of the jugular pleura associated with internal jugular vein puncture.Methods The position of the cervical pleura highest points in relation to laryngeal node,upper edges of cricoid cartilage and clavicular heads,and their depths were determined in sixty-two volunteers from February 2018 to June 2018 in affiliated hospital of Guangdong medical university.Results The highest points of bilateral cervical pleurae were inferior to larynx and upper edge of circular cartilage,and superior to upper edge of clavicle heads.The distances from the highest point of left cervical pleura to laryngeal node,upper edge of circular cartilage and clavicle head were(5.2±1.4)cm,(3.3±1.3)cm,and(2.7±0.8)cm,respectively;the distances on the right were(5.5±1.5)cm,(3.7±1.4)cm,and(2.4±0.9)cm,respectively.The depths of the highest points of left and right cervical pleurae were(2.5±0.4)cm and(2.6±0.5)cm,respectively.Conclusions Clinicians can refer to the above data when performing internal jugular vein puncture to avoid damage to the cervical pleurae.
