校企合作下地方本科院校Web开发应用型人才培养模式

Exploration on Training Mode of Web Development Application-Oriented Talents in Local Undergraduate Colleges under School-Enterprise Cooperation

目的校企合作背景下地方本科院校在向应用型转型过程中,设计好人才培养目标、人才培养方案(重点是课程设置)、教学方法和手段、教学评价、质量保障监督体系等一系列环节是应用型人才培养的关键。方法结合校企合作的切身实践,以《HTML+CSS网页设计与制作》应用型课程建设为研究对象,阐述了各环节的设计、实施过程。结果通过基于项目驱动教学的《HTML+CSS网页设计与制作》应用型课程建设,取得了较好的教学效果,学生应用能力得到提升。结论应用型课程建设在整个应用型人才培养中起着非常关键的作用,应该做好以应用为导向的课程定位、设计、实施、评价各个环节,以确保应用型人才培养目标的最终实现。

Objective Under the background of school-enterprise cooperation,a series of links,such as talent training objectives,talent training programs(focusing on curriculum setting),teaching methods and means,teaching evaluation and quality assurance supervision system,are the key to application-oriented talent training for local colleges in the process of transformation.Methods Combining with the practical practice of school-enterprise cooperation,this paper took the application course construction of“HTML+CSS webpage design and production”as the research object,and expounded the design and implementation process of each link.Results Through the application-oriented course construction of“HTML+CSS web page design and production”based on project-driven teaching,good teaching effect was achieved and students’application ability was improved.Conclusion Application-oriented course construction plays a very crucial role in the whole application-oriented talent training,so we should do a good job in the orientation,design,implementation and evaluation of application-oriented courses to ensure the ultimate realization of objectives of application-oriented talent training.
