右美托咪定在椎管内麻醉中的应用效果观察

Effect of Dexmedetomidine in Intraspinal Anesthesia

目的:右美托咪定在椎管内麻醉中的应用效果观察。方法:选取2018.7—2019.7于我院收治的需进行椎管内麻醉的下腹部及下肢手术的患者90例进行观察,并依据不同麻醉药物的选择分为两组,对照组45例予以咪达唑仑,观察组45例予以右美托咪定,对比观察两组的临床应用效果。结果:两组患者麻醉前后临床参数指标对比情况,麻醉前两组患者的临床参数指标对比(P>0.05)无明显差异,手术后观察组各项参数指标明显优于对照组,且组间对比(P<0.05)差异显著,有统计学意义;两组患者视觉模拟疼痛评分量表(VAS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、Ramsay评分对比,观察组各项评分效果明显优于对照组,且组间对比(P<0.05)差异显著,有统计学意义。结论:临床在椎管内麻醉中应用右美托咪定,对患者临床指标影响较小,并且镇静、镇痛效果良好,可以起到良好的手术以及麻醉辅助效果,值得推广。

Objective:To observe the effect of dexmedetomidine in intraspinal anesthesia.Methods:From July 2018 to July 2019,90 patients who need to be operated on the lower abdomen and lower limbs in our hospital were selected for observation.According to the choice of different anesthetics,they were divided into two groups.45 patients in the control group were given midazolam and 45 patients in the observation group were given dexmedetomidine.Results:Before and after anesthesia,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the comparison of clinical parameters(P>0.05).After operation,the parameters in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),with statistical significance.The VAS,PSQI,Ramsay scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical application of dexmedetomidine in intraspinal anesthesia has little effect on the clinical indicators of patients,and has good sedative and analgesic effects,which can play a good role in surgery and anesthesia,and is worth popularizing.
