冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病应用曲美他嗪与阿托伐他汀钙片治疗的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Trimetazidine and Atorvastatin in the Treatment of Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease

目的:观察冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病应用曲美他嗪与阿托伐他汀钙片治疗的临床效果。方法:选择我院2017年9月至2018年9月期间收治的158例冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者进行观察,根据随机抽签法将患者分为对照组(选择阿托伐他汀钙片治疗)和观察组(选择曲美他嗪与阿托伐他汀钙片治疗),各79例,对比两种患者的临床效果、各项检测指标和血脂指标。结果:选择曲美他嗪与阿托伐他汀钙片治疗的患者,其疗效效率(98.73%)远高于选择阿托伐他汀钙片治疗患者的疗效效率(91.14%),差异较大。且选择曲美他嗪与阿托伐他汀钙片治疗的患者,其部分凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血酶时间、凝血酶原活动度等检测指标比选择阿托伐他汀钙片治疗的患者更接近正常指标,差异具有统计学意义。同时,选择曲美他嗪与阿托伐他汀钙片治疗的患者,其血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)等情况均比选择阿托伐他汀钙片治疗的患者好,两组血脂指标差异明显。结论:选择曲美他嗪与阿托伐他汀钙片治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病效果显著,不仅能有效改善患者部分凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血酶时间、凝血酶原活动度,还可以使患者的血脂指标达到正常范围。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of trimetazidine and atorvastatin in the treatment of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.Methods:158 patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected for observation.According to the method of random drawing,the patients were divided into two groups:control group(treated with atorvastatin calcium tablet)and observation group(treated with trimetazidine and atorvastatin calcium tablet),79 cases in each group,and the clinical effect,detection indexes and blood of the two patients were compared Fat index.Results:The efficacy of trimetazidine and atorvastatin in the treatment of patients with calcium tablets(98.73%).It is much higher than the efficacy of atorvastatin in the treatment of patients(91.14%),there is a big difference.In addition,the patients treated with trimetazidine and atorvastatin calcium tablets were closer to the standard indexes,such as partial prothrombin time,activated partial prothrombin time and prothrombin activity.At the same time,the TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C of trimetazidine and atorvastatin were better than those of atorvastatin.Conclusion:Trimetazidine and atorvastatin calcium are effective in the treatment of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.They can not only improve the prothrombin time,activated prothrombin time,prothrombin activity,but also make the blood lipid index reach the normal range.
