腹泻贴对急性腹泻患儿症状改善、胃肠激素表达影响及相关机制探讨

The Effect of Diarrhea Patch on Symptom Improvement and Gastrointestinal Hormone Expression in Children with Acute Diarrhea and its Related Mechanism

目的:探讨腹泻贴对急性腹泻患儿症状改善、胃肠激素表达影响及相关机制。方法:选择2016年9月到2019年9月来我院就诊的急性腹泻患儿85例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=43)与对照组(n=42),观察组给与腹泻贴治疗,对照组给与蒙脱石散剂治疗。对比两组临床疗效、临床症状、血清胃肠激素水平、症状改善情况及不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组疗效总有效率明显高于对照组(95.4%vs 70.18)%,(P<0.05);观察组临床症状中排便频率、排便量、黏液脓血便、腹痛、腹胀、恶心呕吐、脱水及食欲减退均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清胃泌素(GAS)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、胃动素(MOT)及血管活性肠肽(VIP)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组硬便比例高于对照组,稀状比例低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗后均无不良情况发生(P>0.05)。结论:腹泻贴应用于急性腹泻患儿中疗效显著,能够显著改善临床症状,有效降低血清胃肠激素水平,安全有效。

Objective:To investigate the effects of diarrhea patch on the improvement of symptoms,gastrointestinal hormone expression and related mechanisms in children with acute diarrhea.Methods:A total of 85 cases of children with acute diarrhea who visited our hospital from September 2016 to September 2019 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into the observation group(n=43)and the control group(n=42).The observation group was treated with diarrhea paste,and the control group was treated with montmorillonite powder.Clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms,serum gastrointestinal hormone levels,shape improvement and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(95.4 vs 70.18)%,(P<0.05).In the observation group,the frequency and quantity of defecation,mucous pus and blood stool,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting,dehydration and anorexia in the clinical symptoms were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of gastrin(GAS),serotonin(5-ht),mottin(MOT)and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the proportion of hard stool in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the proportion of sparse stool was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse events occurred in the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of diarrhea patch in children with acute diarrhea has significant curative effect,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,effectively reduce the level of serum gastrointestinal hormones,safe and effective,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
