硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠期高血压综合征的疗效分析

Effect Analysis of Magnesium Sulfate Combined with Nifedipine in the Treatment of Gestational Hypertension Syndrome

目的:探究硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠期高血压综合征的疗效分析。方法:选取妊娠期高血压综合征患者72例,在我院于2018年8月至2019年8月进行治疗,按照接诊顺序奇偶性分为观察组及对照组,两组各36例。选择硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗的是观察组,选择单纯性硫酸镁治疗的是对照组。对比两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率、妊娠结局情况。结果:相较于对照组,观察组的新生儿死亡、早产、产妇产后出血、剖宫产、胎盘早剥等妊娠结局情况均较优,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组24例(66.67%),观察组的临床疗效为35例(97.22%),两组对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组16例(44.44%),观察组的不良反应总发生率为4例(11.11%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血压水平治疗前比较(P>0.05),但是相较于对照组,经治疗后观察组舒张压、收缩压水平显著较低,两组血压水平均出现下降的情况,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于妊娠期高血压综合征患者,选择用硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗,可显著改善患者的生活质量,并发症少,疗效显著,安全性高,加快患者康复速度,良好控制患者血压,具有临床应用价值。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in the treatment of gestational hypertension syndrome.Methods:A total of 72 patients with gestational hypertension syndrome were selected and treated in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the odd-even treatment sequence,with 36 patients in each group.Magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine was selected for treatment in the observation group,while pure magnesium sulfate was selected for treatment in the control group.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,neonatal death,premature delivery,postpartum hemorrhage,cesarean section,placental abruption and other pregnancy outcomes were better in the observation group,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group of 24 cases(66.67%),the clinical efficacy of the observation group was 35 cases(97.22%),and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with 16 patients in the control group(44.44%),the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4 patients(11.11%),which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood pressure levels of the two groups were compared before treatment(P>0.05).However,compared with the control group,the diastolic and systolic blood pressure levels of the observation group were significantly lower after treatment,and the blood pressure levels of both groups showed a decrease(P<0.05).Conclusion:Magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with gestational hypertension syndrome,with fewer complications,significant efficacy,high safety,speed up the recovery of patients,and good control of patients'blood pressure,which has clinical application value.
