摘要
目的:分析高血压严重程度与血清心肌酶四项水平之间的相关联系。方法:将在我院接受治疗的高血压患者随机选取304例作为实验组,并选取同期内138例身体健康对象作为对照组。分析两组肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)四项血清心肌酶水平差异。结果:实验组CK、LDH、α-HBDH、CK-MB四项水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);3级高血压患者CK、LDH、α-HBDH、CK-MB四项水平明显高于1级、2级高血压患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);3级高血压患者CK、LDH、α-HBDH、CK-MB四项水平阳性检出率高于1级高血压患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高血压严重程度与CK、LDH、α-HBDH、CK-MB四项水平之间呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:血清心肌酶中CK、LDH、α-HBDH、CK-MB四项水平和高血压的严重程度呈正相关,在高血压的临床诊治中可作为有效评估依据。
Objective:To analyze the correlation between four levels of serum myocardial enzymes and the severity of hypertension.Methods:304 cases of patients with hypertension and who treated in our hospital were randomly selected as the experimental group,and 138 cases of healthy subjects in the same period were selected as the control group.Then,the differences of serum myocardial enfour levels of serum myocardial enzymes of two groups were analyzed,such as creatine kinase(CK),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(α-HBDH)and isoenzyme(CKMB).Results:The levels of CK,LDH,α-HBDH and CK-MB in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The levels of CK,LDH,α-HBDH and CK-MB in patients with grade 3 hypertension were significantly higher than those in patients with grade 1 and 2 hypertension,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The positive rates of CK,LDH,α-HBDH and CK-MB in patients with grade 3 hypertension were higher than those in patients with grade 1 hypertension,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The severity of hypertension was positively correlated with CK,LDH,α-HBDH and CK-MB(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of CK,LDH,α-HBDH and CK-MB in serum myocardial enzymes are positively correlated with the severity of hypertension,which can be used as an effective evaluation basis in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of hypertension.
