曲普瑞林对特发性中枢性性早熟患儿生长发育及性激素的影响

Effect of Triptorelin on Growth and Development and Sex hormones in Children with Idiopathic Central Precocious Puberty

目的:探讨曲普瑞林对特发性中枢性性早熟患儿生长发育及性激素的影响。方法:回顾性收集2018年3月-2019年3月收治的87例特发性中枢性性早熟患儿临床资料,依据治疗方式将其分为对照组(43例)和观察组(44例)。对照组采用醋酸甲羟孕酮片治疗,观察组采用曲普瑞林治疗,治疗1年后,比较两组生长发育指标及性激素水平。结果:两组治疗前身高、体重、骨龄、预测成年期终身高、身体质量指数、骨龄指数对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后身高、体重、骨龄、预测成年期终身高、体质量指数均较治疗前高(P<0.05),骨龄指数较治疗前低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后身高、体重、骨龄、预测成年期终身高、体重指数均较对照组高(P<0.05),骨龄指数较对照组低(P<0.05);两组治疗前FSH、LH、E2水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后FSH、LH、E2水平均较治疗前低(P<0.05);观察组FSH、LH、E2水平均较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:曲普瑞林能够降低特发性中枢性性早熟患儿性激素水平,有效改善机体生长发育。

Objective:To investigate the effect of triptorelin on growth and development and sex hormones in children with idiopathic central precocious puberty.Methods:The clinical data of 87 children with idiopathic central precocious puberty admitted from March 2018 to March 2019 were retrospectively collected and divided into a control group(43 cases)and an observation group(44 cases)according to treatment methods.The control group was treated with medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets,and the observation group was treated with triptorelin.After 1 year of treatment,the growth and development indicators and sex hormone levels of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in height,weight,bone age,predicted adult lifetime height,body mass index,and bone age index between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);height,weight,bone age,predicted adult lifetime for the two groups after treatment Height and body mass index were higher than before treatment(P<0.05),bone age index was lower than before treatment(P<0.05);height,weight,bone age,predicted adult lifetime height and body mass index of observation group were higher than those of control group after treatment(P<0.05),the bone age index was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the levels of FSH,LH and E2 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);FSH,LH and E2 after the treatment The level was lower than before treatment(P<0.05);the FSH,LH and E2 levels of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Triptorelin can reduce sex hormone levels in children with idiopathic central precocious puberty,and effectively improve the body's growth and development.
