醋酸泼尼松片联合注射用阿昔洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹患者的研究

Prednisone Aetate Combined with Ayclovir for Ijection in the Teatment of Ederly Ptients with Hrpes Zster

目的:研究醋酸泼尼松片联合注射用阿昔洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹患者临床效果。方法:选取2016年6月至2018年8月我院收治的老年带状疱疹患者98例作为研究对象,按照治疗方案不同分为观察组、对照组,各49例。对照组采取注射用阿昔洛韦及软膏治疗,观察组采取醋酸泼尼松片+注射用阿昔洛韦治疗。比较两组治疗效果、恢复情况(结痂、止痛、治疗时间)及遗留神经痛发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率100.00%较对照组95.92%高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组痊愈率77.55%较对照组51.02%高(P<0.05);观察组结痂、止痛、治疗时间较对照组短(P<0.05);观察组遗留神经痛发生率2.04%较对照组16.33%低(P<0.05)。结论:老年带状疱疹患者应用醋酸泼尼松片联合注射用阿昔洛韦治疗,可取得显著疗效,可缩短止痛、结痂及治疗时间,加快恢复,还可显著降低遗留神经痛发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of prednisone acetate combined with acyclovir for injection in the treatment of elderly patients with herpes zoster.Methods:From June 2016 to August 2018,98 elderly patients with herpes zoster in our hospital were selected as the study object.According to different treatment schemes,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acyclovir and ointment,and the observation group was treated with prednisone acetate and acyclovir.The treatment effect,recovery(scab,pain relief,treatment time)and the occurrence of remaining neuralgia were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(95.92%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The recovery rate of the observation group(77.55%)was higher than that of the control group(51.02%)(P<0.05);the scab,pain relief and treatment time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of remaining neuralgia in the observation group was 2.04%lower than that of the control group(16.33%).Conclusion:The application of prednisone acetate combined with acyclovir injection in the treatment of elderly patients with herpes zoster can achieve significant effect,shorten the time of pain relief,scab formation and treatment,accelerate recovery,and significantly reduce the incidence of remaining neuralgia,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
