摘要
目的:探究标准化镇静护理给药方案在ICU机械通气患者镇静治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年4月至2020年4月我院收治的72例ICU机械通气患者,分为观察组及对照组各36例。应用标准化镇静护理给药方案的是观察组,单纯应用常规护理给药方案进行干预的是对照组。比较分析置管、ICU留观、住院时间,镇静药物使用时间、使用剂量,以及不良症状发生率。结果:相较于对照组,观察组的置管、ICU留观、住院时间均较短,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组的镇静药物使用时间较短、使用剂量较少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组3例(8.33%),观察组的不良症状总发生率为1例(2.78%)较低,但是差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针对 ICU机械通气患者,采用标准化镇静护理给药方案,可提升镇静效果,减少药物使用剂量,取得极佳的满意度,提升护理工作质量,安全有效,加快患者康复速度,缩短住院时间,具有临床应用价值。
Objective:To explore the application effect of standardized sedative nursing regimen in the sedative treatment of ICU patients with mechanical ventilation.Methods:72 patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group,36 patients in each.The observation group was treated with standardized sedative care regimen,while the control group was treated with routine nursing regimen.Catheterization,ICU stay,length of stay,duration of use of sedatives,dosage,and incidence of adverse symptoms were compared and analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group,the catheterization,ICU stay and hospital stay of the observation group were all shorter,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the sedative was used for a shorter time and less dose in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group 3 cases(8.33%),the overall incidence of adverse symptoms in the observation group(1 case 2.78%)was lower,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:For patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU,adopting standardized sedative nursing regimen can improve sedative effect,reduce drug dosage,achieve excellent satisfaction,improve the quality of nursing work,be safe and effective,speed up patients'recovery,shorten hospital stay,and have clinical application value.
