全方位护理干预在复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Nursing of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris Treated by Compound Danshen Dripping Pills

目的:观察全方位护理干预在复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛患者护理中的应用效果。方法:将150例患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各75例。对照组患者采用复方丹参滴丸治疗及常规护理干预治疗,观察组患者给予全方位护理干预及复方丹参滴丸治疗,观察两组患者心绞痛发作次数、发作持续时间、治疗依从性、治疗效果、护理满意度等指标。结果:治疗后观察组患者发作次数少于对照组,观察组患者发作持续时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗依从性优于对照组,观察组患者治疗总有效率(93.33%)疗效优于对照组(77.33%),观察组患者的护理满意率(94.67%)高于对照组(85.33%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全方位护理干预在复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛患者护理中具有良好的应用效果,为临床治疗提供可靠的科学依据,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris treated with Compound Danshen dropping pill.Methods:150 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,75 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with Compound Danshen dropping pill and routine nursing intervention.The patients in the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention and compound Danshen dropping pill.Results:After treatment,the number of attacks in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the duration of attacks in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the treatment compliance of the observation group was better than that in the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group(93.33%)was better than that in the control group(77.33%),and the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group(94.67%)was higher than that in the control group(85.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:To sum up,comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of coronary heart disease patients with angina pectoris compound danshen dripping pill has a good application effect,provide a reliable scientific basis for clinical treatment,worthy of clinical promotion.
