中药汤剂内服联合外洗治疗复发性湿疹的临床疗效分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Combined with External Washing on Recurrent Eczema

目的:分析中药汤剂内服联合外洗治疗复发性湿疹的临床疗效。方法:90例复发性湿疹患者均在2018年3月至2019年5月入住本院皮肤科接受治疗,随机抽取45例患者纳入对照组,予以西药口服、湿敷治疗,另外45例患者纳入实验组,实施中药汤剂内服联合外洗治疗,对比有效率、复发率。结果:实验组疾病治疗有效率为95.56%,高于对照组80.00%,实验组治疗后6个月、12个月复发率均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:复发性湿疹联合使用中药汤剂内服、外洗治疗,有效率提升的同时,对于复发率的控制效果较为理想,应用于复发性疾病值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with external washing in the treatment of recurrent eczema.Methods:90 patients with recurrent eczema were admitted to our hospital dermatology department for treatment from March 2018 to May 2019.45 patients were randomly selected and included in the control group.45 patients were treated with western medicine oral and wet compress,and 45 patients were included in the experimental group.Results:The effective rate of disease treatment in the experimental group was 95.56%,which was higher than 80.00% in the control group,and the recurrence rate in 6 months and 12 months after treatment in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The treatment of recurrent eczema combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction and external washing can improve the effective rate and control the recurrence rate.
