中医耳穴贴压联合头面部按摩在原发性高血压患者中的应用

Nursing Observation of Ear Point Pressing Combined with Head and Face Massage in Patients with Essential Hypertension

目的:探讨耳穴贴压联合头面部按摩在原发性高血压患者中的护理效果。方法:选取2017年2月至2019年12月期间在本院治疗的80例原发性高血压患者,按照年龄、性别组间具有可比性原则,将其分为对照组(40例)与观察组(40例)。对照组采用常规降压药物治疗和健康指导,观察组在此基础上采用耳穴贴压联合头面部按摩。比较两组患者的血压水平、并发症和满意度。结果:观察组干预后患者的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、中医证候积分均比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组满意率(97.50%)高于对照组(77.50%)(P<0.05)。结论:对原发性高血压患者给予耳穴贴压联合头面部按摩,有效改善血压水平,患者满意度较高,值得广泛应用。

Objective:To investigate the nursing effect of auricular acupoint pressing combined with head and face massage in patients with essential hypertension.Methods:80 patients with essential hypertension treated in our hospital from February 2017 to December 2019 were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases)according to the principle of comparability between age and sex.The control group was treated with conventional antihypertensive drugs and health guidance,and the observation group was treated with ear point pressing combined with head and face massage.Blood pressure levels,complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:SBP,DBP comparison of patients after intervention in observation group control group was low(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications(7.50%)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(22.5%),and the satisfaction rate(97.50%)was higher than that in the control group(77.50%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with essential hypertension,auricular acupoint pressing combined with head and face massage can effectively improve blood pressure and reduce complications.
