摘要
分析了当前劳务派遣员工管理现状和存在的问题,并提出明确考核主体、分清管理责任、设计绩效考核方法、规范用工管理等措施,旨在通过实践研究,促进医院、劳务派遣单位和派遣员工全面、健康地发展。
This article analyzes the current status and existing problems of labor dispatch management,and puts forward measures such as defining assessment main body,management responsibilities,designing performance assessment methods,and standardizing employment management.To promote the comprehensive and healthy development of hospitals,labor dispatch units and dispatched employees through practice and research.
