摘要
以医院后勤物资供应为出发点,基于解释结构模型法,分析了医院物资供应的4个影响因素,阐述了各因素之间的层次关系,从而得出相应的解决方案,以提高科室满意度,提升医疗服务水平。
Taking the logistics supply of the hospital as a starting point,based on the interpretative structure modeling method,analyzes the four influencing factors of the hospital supplies and the hierarchical relationship between the factors,to draw the corresponding solutions to improve the department satisfaction and the level of medical services.
