摘要
以复旦大学附属华山医院后勤部门提升能效的实践为例,介绍了在全成本考核与精细化管理的指导思想下,借助后勤信息化平台和节能技改手段实现绿色节约型医院的具体做法和经验。
Taking the practical experience of improving energy efficiency in the logistics department of Huashan Hospital as an example, it introduces how to implement green conservation hospital by logistics information platform tools and energy-saving technological transformation methods under the guidance of "full cost assessment" and "refined management".
