对迈瑞BC-6800PLUS血细胞分析仪的本底计数、携带污染率、精密度(包括批内精密度和批间精密度)、线性范围、与靶仪器贝克曼DxH800的细胞计数比对和白细胞五分类结果比对进行验证和评价,比对结果符合行业标准要求,BC-6800PLUS血细胞分析仪性能良好,测定结果可靠,可以满足临床需要。
It verifies and evaluates the background counting,carryover rate,precision(including intra-batch precision and inter-batch precision),linear range of Mindray BC-6800PLUS blood cell analyzer,compares the cell count with the target instrument Beckman DxH800 and the WBC five-category results comparison.The comparison results meet the requirements of industry standards,the newly installed BC-6800PLUS blood cell analyzer has good performance and reliable measurement results,which can meet clinical needs.
