电子秤三位半A/D转换器设计法

摘要 模拟信号在转换成数字信号的过程被称为模数转换,简称A/D(Analog to Digital)转换。这种完成模数转换过程的电路被称作为A/D转换器。为了确保转换中信号处理结果的准确性,A/D转换器必须有满足的转换精准。同时,为了符合快速过程的支配和检验的需要,A/D转换器还必须有达到充足的转换速率。因此,转换的精准和转换速率乃是评定A/D转换器功能好坏的关键条件。A/D转换器是电子衡器的核心部件。文中的设计法是基于衡器设计与规模化集成电路设计之间统一的前提而提出的。 The process of converting analog signals into digital signals is called analog-to-digital conversion,A/D(Analog to Digital)conversion for short.The circuit that completes the analog-to-digital conversion process is called an A/D converter.In order to ensure the accuracy of the signal processing results in the conversion,the A/D converter must have satisfied conversion accuracy.At the same time,in order to meet the need of fast process control and inspection,the A/D converter must also have sufficient conversion rate.Therefore,the accuracy and speed of conversion are the key conditions to evaluate the function of A/D converter.A/D converter is the core part of electronic weighing instrument.The design method in this paper is based on the premise of the unification between the design of weighing instrument and the design of large-scale integrated circuit.
