On the Teaching Concept of“Golden Lesson”

摘要 当前在课程观指导下的"金课"实践会给大学教学带来课程建设精英化、虚无化、流水线化及大学教学中小学化等弊端。"金课"在教学系统中定位于教学理念,首先要具有围绕高深知识创造促进师生教学相长的价值指向;其次要有相对等或对立的教学理念存在,将"有效教学"与"好教学"相互映衬起来;第三,要有指导或产生新的教学方法与模式的能力。"金课"若要在大学课程教学中发挥实效,教育观上要实现从精英教育向大众教育的转变,教学观上要实现从"应试性教学"到"教育性教学"转变,教学管理上要由目标管理向全面教育质量管理转变。 The current practice of“Golden Lesson”under the guidance of curriculum outlook will bring some disadvantages to university teaching,such as the elitism,nihilism,streamlining and the primary and secondary schooling of university teaching.In the teaching system,“golden lesson”is positioned as a teaching idea.First,it should have the value orientation of promoting teaching and learning of teachers and students around the creation of advanced knowledge;second,there should be relatively equal or opposite teaching concepts,which will set off“effective teaching”and“good teaching”;and,third,it should be able to direct or generate new teaching methods and models.If the“Golden Lesson”takes effect in the teaching of university courses,we should realize the trans⁃formation from elite education to mass education from educational outlook,the teaching concept should be changed from“examination-oriented teaching”to“educational teaching”,and teaching management should change from target management to total education quality management.
