In educational practice,Confucianism closely linked education with life.Confucianism be⁃lieves that education is inseparable from life,there is no lack of education in life,and education in life is to cultivate the gentleman personality.In the choice of educational content,Confucianism takes daily life content such as cleaning and treating others as educational content,and also focuses on the practical dimension in the study of Confucian classics such as“Books of Songs(Shijing)”and“Book of History(Shangshu).”In terms of educational methods,Confucianism emphasizes onsite education,emphasizing the application of learning,the unity of knowledge and action,and the exemplary role of teachers.The life education of Confucianism has an important enlightening signifi⁃cance to the moral education in colleges and universities.
