提升高校文化治理效能的应然向度--兼评《高校中华优秀传统文化与社会主义核心价值观融合教育机制研究》

The Proper Direction to Improve the Efficiency of Cultural Governance in Colleges and Universities:Review of Research on the Integrated Education Mechanism of Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture and Socialism Core Values in Colleges and Universities

当前,把文化制度优势转化为高校文化治理效能面临"机制难题",表现在现有社会主义核心价值观教育机制对大学生"偶像亚文化"的引导效能不足,现有中华优秀传统文化教育机制对大学生"微文化需求"的满足效能不足。要解决这一难题,必须以"传统文化榜样"提升社会主义核心价值观对"偶像亚文化"的引导效能,同时以社会主义核心价值观推动传统文化现代化,从而提升中华优秀传统文化对于"微文化需求"的满足效能。基于此,以"内容融合"和"形式融合"推动核心价值观和传统文化两种教育机制的"全面融合",构建把文化制度优势更好地转化为高校文化治理效能的"融合教育机制体系",涵盖融合教育的示范引领机制、内容融通机制与媒体传播机制等具体机制。

Nowadays,we are faced with the“mechanism problem”of transforming the advantage of a cultural institution into the efficiency of cultural governance in colleges and universities,which is reflected in the insufficient guidance of the existing socialist core values education mechanism on the“idol subculture,”and the insufficient satisfaction of existing education mechanism of excellent traditional Chinese culture to college students’“micro cultural needs.”To address the problem,it is necessary to improve the guidance efficiency of socialist core values on“idol subculture”by“traditional culture example”and promote the modernization of traditional culture by socialist core val⁃ues,so as to improve the satisfaction efficiency of Chinese excellent traditional culture on“microculture demand.”Accordingly,this paper puts forward to the following suggestions:to promote the“comprehensive integration”of core values and traditional culture education mechanisms by“content convergence”and“form convergence;”to construct the“integrative education mechanism system,”which contains the demonstration leading mechanism,content integration mechanisms,media dissemination mechanisms and some other specific mechanisms.These steps will eventually transform the advantage of cultural institution into the efficiency of cultural governance.
