跨文化混合课堂中我国学生学习经历调查研究

摘要 跨文化混合课堂教学是实现在地国际化的重要途径。南京审计大学依托"一带一路"审计留学生项目探索了中外学生同班学习的跨文化混合课堂教学模式。通过对该模式中我国学生学习经历的调查发现:跨文化混合课堂的教师能对中外学生进行差异化的有效教学与评价,注重中外学生的跨文化互动;中国学生在留学生影响下能够较为积极的投入课堂学习,但互动参与度并不高;通过跨文化混合课堂的学习,我国学生的跨文化素质得到一定提升,但他们对学习收获的满意度相对较低。南京审计大学跨文化混合课堂整体运行良好,但仍有较大改善空间。为进一步提升跨文化混合课堂的教学成效,教师应着力提升自身的跨文化素养、积极营造跨文化互动学习氛围、鼓励我国学生加大课堂学习投入。 The intercultural mixed classroom teaching is an important way to achieve local interna⁃tionalization.Relying on the project of“The Belt and Road Initiative”overseas students major in Audit,Nanjing Audit University has explored the intercultural mixed classroom teaching mode by Chinese and foreign students in the same class.Through the investigation of the learning experience of Chinese students in this mode,it is found that the teachers can conduct differentiated effective teaching and evaluation for Chinese and foreign students and pay attention to the cross-cultural inter⁃action between Chinese and foreign students.Additionally,under the influence of foreign students,Chinese students can participate in classroom learning actively,but their interaction participation is not enough.Through the intercultural mixed classroom learning,the cross-cultural quality of Chi⁃nese students has been improved to some extent.However,the satisfaction of learning gains still need to be improved.The intercultural mixed classroom in Nanjing Audit University runs well on the whole,but there is still much room for improvement.In order to improve the teaching effect of the intercultural mixed classroom,teachers should strive to improve their cross-cultural literacy,ac⁃tively create a cross-cultural interactive learning atmosphere,and encourage Chinese students to in⁃crease classroom learning input.
