中草药提取物对烟草根结线虫病及根际土壤理化性状的影响

Effects of Chinese Herbal Extracts on Tobacco Root-Knot Nematode and Physi-Chemical Properties of Rhizosphere Soil

以烤烟红花大金元为材料,分别研究了苍耳、青蒿、和苦参3种中草药的提取物溶液对烟草根结线虫病及根际土壤的影响。结果表明:在移栽时浇穴灌根施用苍耳、青蒿和苦参的提取物溶液均有利于提高根际土壤养分、降低土壤酚酸类物质含量、促进烤烟的生长发育;其中苦参提取物溶液可显著提高根际土壤过氧化氢酶和脲酶活性、降低土壤酚酸类物质的积累,烤烟的农艺性状表现最好,烟草根结线虫病防治效果较佳,防效达23.87%;而苍耳、青蒿提取物溶液对烟草根结线虫病的防治效果不明显。

Using the flue-cured tobacco cultivar‘HonghuaDajinyuan’as the material,effects of three kinds of Chinese herbal extracts on tobacco root-knot nematode and rhizosphere soil were studied.The results showed that watering holes and irrigating roots with the extract solutions of Xanthium sibiricum,sweet wormwood(Artemisia carvifolia)and shrubby sophora(Sophora flavescens)at transplanting was beneficial to improving rhizosphere soil nutrients,reducing soil phenolic acids and promoting tobacco growth and development.Especially the shrubby sophora extract could significantly improve the catalase and urease activitives of rhizosphere soil,and reduce the accumulation of soil phenolic acids.Under the treatment of shrubby sophora extract solution,agronomic traits of the tobacco plants were the best,and the control effect on tobacco root-knot nematode was better,reaching 23.87%.However,the control effects of Xanthium sibiricum and sweet wormwood extracts on tobacco root-knot nematode were not obvious.
