摘要
对市面上常用的国产Lux-T020型和美国DeltaToxⅡ型2种生物毒性检测仪器进行性能测试,检测指标为仪器暗计数、阴性质控、阳性质控和光电倍增管的线性范围,同时对4种不同类型的水样进行检测分析。结果表明:采用费氏弧菌冻干粉,在相同的测试条件下,2台仪器的暗计数、阴性质控均能达到指标要求,但在测试阳性质控时,美国DeltaToxⅡ型仪器获得的相对抑制率比国产Lux-T020型仪器获得的平均偏高20.28个百分点,尤其是在测试养殖污水时,其毒性分级存在等级差异,国产Lux-T020型仪器的毒性级别为中毒,而美国DeltaToxⅡ型仪器的毒性级别为重毒,主要是由于2种仪器所用光电倍增管的线性区间范围不同造成的。
4 water samples are used to test the performance of two kinds of biological toxicity detection instruments Lux-T020(made in China)and DeltaTox II(U.S.A)commonly used at present.The detection indicators are instrument dark count,negative control,positive control and linear range of photomultiplier tube.The results indicate that under the same test conditions with the use of V.fischeri lyophilized powder,the dark count and negative control of the two instruments can meet the relevant index requirements.However,for the test of positive quality control,the relative inhibition rate obtained by DeltaTox II type is 20.28 percentage points higher than that by Lux-T020 type.Especially for the test of farming sewage,there is a difference in the toxicity grading between Lux-T020 type and DeltaTox II type.Lux-T020 type defines the toxicity of farming sewage as medium level,while DeltaTox II defines it as heavy level,which is mainly caused by the different linear ranges of the photomultiplier tubes used by these two kinds of instruments.
