华南某市蔬菜基地土壤中氟虫腈残留状况调查分析 被引量:2

摘要 出于对生态安全和蔬菜生产安全的考虑,对华南某市2个较大的蔬菜基地土壤中氟虫腈残留现状进行调查和分析,明确土壤中氟虫腈的残留水平,共采集87份土壤样品,通过液相色谱-三重四级杆质谱法测定氟虫腈含量,并采用统计学手段,分析土壤中氟虫腈残留含量与pH值之间的相关性,比较土壤中氟虫腈残留含量在不同蔬菜基地间的差异。结果显示:该市蔬菜基地土壤样品氟虫腈的检出率为100%,含量范围在0.02~33.09μg/kg之间;其中,A蔬菜基地土壤中氟虫腈含量平均值较高,为6.99μg/kg,显著高于B蔬菜基地(P<0.05);少数土壤样品中氟虫腈含量已超出蔬菜中氟虫腈残留限量国家标准(0.02 mg/kg)。上述结果表明,该市蔬菜基地土壤中氟虫腈残留形势不容乐观,对生态环境和蔬菜生产安全构成了一定威胁,亟需加强对土壤中氟虫腈残留含量的系统调查和对氟虫腈的使用监管。 For the safety of ecology and vegetable production,we investigated and analyzed the current status of soil fipronil residue of two large vegetable bases in a city of South China to determine soil fipronil residual level.87 soil samples were collected and fipronil content was determined by liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry.The correlation between fipronil residue and pH in soil,and the difference of fipronil residues between two vegetable production bases was analyzed by statistical method.The results showed that fipronil residue was detected in all soil samples,and the range of fipronil content was 0.02-33.09μg/kg.The average content of soil fipronil residue of vegetable production base A was 6.99μg/kg,significantly higher than that of vegetable base B(P<0.05).The fipronil content in a few soil samples exceeded the national standard of maximum residue limits for fipronil in vegetables(0.02mg/kg).The above results indicate that the level of soil fipronil residue of vegetable bases of this city is not optimistic,which poses a certain threat to the safety of vegetable production.It is necessary to strengthen the systematic investigation of fipronil residue in soil and the supervision of the use of fipronil.
