摘要
研究溶剂法合成促进剂二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌(促进剂EZ)新技术。试验得到最佳合成条件如下:溶剂四氯化碳,分散剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵,二硫化碳滴加时间4 h,原料二乙胺、二硫化碳和氧化锌物质的量配比1∶1. 04∶0. 55。得到的促进剂EZ为白色粉末,熔点不低于177℃,收率约为100%。该生产工艺溶剂可重复使用,节约了蒸馏成本,大大减少了溶剂的损失。
The new technology of synthesis of accelerator zinc dithiocarbamate(accelerator EZ) by solvent method was studied. The optimum synthetic condition was as follows:solvent carbon tetrachloride,dispersant hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide,titration time of carbon disulfide 4 hours,and molar ratio of diethylamine/carbon disulfide/zinc oxide 1∶1. 04∶0. 55. The obtained accelerator EZ was a white powder with a melting point not lower than 177 ℃ and a yield of about 100%. Using this production process,the solvent could be reused,which saved the cost of distillation and greatly reduced the loss of solvent.
