天水地区尾菜资源化利用现状与对策研究 被引量:6

摘要 近年来,随着天水市农业结构持续升级,蔬菜产业得到快速发展,全区蔬菜种植及生产规范不断扩大,在蔬菜的种植、流通等环节产生了大量的尾菜。通过对天水各县区尾菜产生来源及利用现状综合分析后总结出:天水市存在尾菜资源化利用重视程度不够、技术支撑不到位、资金投入及扶持力度不足等问题,之后应进一步大力宣传、加强培训、转变认识,引进技术、形成示范、提高能效,增强地方政府扶持力度和激励机制等尾菜可循环资源化利用措施,为天水区域经济发展、尾菜循环农业转型提供参考依据。 In recent years,with the continuous upgrading of agricultural structure in Tianshui area,the vegetable industry has been rapidly developed,and the regional vegetable planting and production standards have been continuously expanded,resulting in a large number of tail vegetables in vegetable planting,circulation and other links. Through to the Tianshui counties tail food origin and the present situation of using comprehensive analysis,discussion,summed up the Tianshui tail food utilization value degree is not in place,technical support,capital investment,and the problem of insufficient support further put forward the publicity,strengthening training,change,introduction of technology,formation of demonstration,improving energy efficiency,strengthen local government support and incentives tail food circulating utilization measures,such as for Tianshui area economic development,food circulation agriculture transformation to provide reference and basis.
