涉纠纷病历封存复印存在的问题及对策

The main problems and countermeasures in the management of medical record sealing and copy in tackling with medical disputes

实践中医疗纠纷由于病历的封存管理问题而难以处理。从司法实践出发,总结出目前存在医疗机构未主动封存病历、封存病历与复印病历不一致和封存的病历不完整等问题,提出医疗机构应及时规范书写病历、主动告知患者相关规定、依法保证封存的病历真实完整以及重视电子病历的对策建议,以期为医务工作者和法律工作者提供参考。

Combined with the judicial practice,this paper analyzed the problems existing in the management of sealing and copying medical records in tackling with current medical disputes,and put forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the sealing and management of medical records from the practical perspective,in order to provide reference for medical workers and legal workers.
