区城联动背景下自由贸易试验区升级研究--以深圳前海蛇口自由贸易试验区为例

Upgrade of Pilot Free Trade Zone in the Context of Zone-city Integration:Qianhai Shekou Pilot Free Trade Zone,Shenzhen

文章基于对自由贸易试验区发展阶段和特征的分析,总结自由贸易试验区从侧重"货物贸易"到更加注重"人本服务"的改革发展趋势,提出自由贸易试验区的发展使命不仅是优化"物的生产贸易",更是改变"人的生活方式",是城市高质量发展、高品质生活的先行示范窗口。未来自由贸易试验区的升级需要与所在城市区域的发展阶段及趋势紧密相关,同时不同类型的自由贸易试验区在发展重点及其与城市联动方式上也有差异。文章以中心型自由贸易试验区深圳前海蛇口自由贸易试验区为实证案例,提出在区城联动背景下自由贸易试验区升级的趋势及其与城市空间的互动方向。

Based on an analysis of the development stage and character of free trade zones,the paper concludes their transition highlighting from“commodity transaction”to“human oriented service”,and argues that as a pilot area of high quality urban development and urban life,the mission of free trade zone is not only improving production and trade of products,but also changing the people’s lifestyle.Upgrade of free trade zones are closely related to the development stage and trend of their cities,and different free trade zones vary in major development issues and interaction with their cities.With Qianhai Shekou pilot free trade zone as an example,the paper proposes the upgrading trend and interaction orientation with cities of free trade zones in the context of zone-city integration.
