摘要
文章结合中山总部经济区滨水城市设计实践,探讨在粤港澳大湾区整体发展规划背景下,城市设计如何创新运用"精明准则",持续高效地对城市中心滨水区土地开发和公共空间营建实施精确导控,以引领中山向紧凑、绿色、智慧、人文、安全的韧性湾区城市发展目标演进。
With the practice of Zhongshan headquarters economic zone waterfront urban design,the paper studies the general background of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao great bay area,and the strategies of urban design with smart principles to effectively guide and control waterfront land development and public space creation,so as to lead Zhongshan city towards compact,green,smart,humanistic,safe,resilient urban development.
