G60合金棒材时效处理后物理性能差异的原因分析

摘要 采用硬度计、金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜等仪器,对G60合金棒材时效处理后物理性能进行检测,对比分析相关检测结果,发现G60合金棒材时效处理后,其物理性能差异的主要原因是奥氏体显微组织和铝元素分布不均匀,在此基础上,提出改进生产工艺的建议。 In this paper,the physical properties of alloy bars G60 were tested by Rockwell hardness tester,metallurgical microscope,Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM)and other instruments after aging.According to the results,it is found that the main reason for the difference in physical properties of alloy bars G60 after aging was the uneven distribution of Austenitetic microstructure and aluminum.On this basis,the suggestion to improve the production technology has been put forward.
