摘要
介绍一种新型眼镜板生产工艺,对眼镜板的环槽工作面进行材料和结构的优化设计,用多块弧形硬质合金块结构全面替换传统的堆焊合金环或硬质合金环,同时科学设计硬质合金环与环槽间隙,钎焊作业时焊液能充满间隙,避免虚焊或结构变形,以改善其抗冲击性能和结合强度。其次,从优化工艺技术方面入手,提高产品质量稳定性和生产效率。装机试车结果表明,新的工艺和结构显著提升产品寿命。质量稳定性和生产效率以及成本均得到有效控制,产业化前景广阔。
This paper introduces a new production technology for the wear plate,which optimizes the material and structure of the ring groove working face of the wear plate,replaces the traditional hardfacing alloy ring or hard alloy ring with multi arc hard alloy block structure.And the gap between the hard alloy ring and the ring groove has been scientifically designed,so as to meet the requirement of full gap of welding fluid during brazing operation,avoid faulty welding or structural deformation,so as to improve its impact resistance and bonding strength.Secondly,from the optimization of process technology,the product quality stability and production efficiency have been improved.The test results show that the new technology and structure improve the product life significantly.The quality stability and production efficiency and cost are effectively controlled,and the industrialization prospect is broad.
