摘要
随着连铸技术的发展,中间包冶金在钢水精炼中的作用日益引起各钢铁企业的重视。文章针对阳春新钢铁中间包设置湍流控制器的流场进行研究,通过采用不同钢种连浇试验,根据不同钢种衔接钢坯的成分变化,分析中间包钢水移动的轨迹。结果发现,湍流控制器的中包流场复杂,各区域钢水交换速度不一致,且死角区域钢水交换时间长,从而提出异钢种连浇时衔接钢坯划分优化方案。
With the development of continuous casting technology,the role of tundish metallurgy in molten steel refining has attracted more and more attention of iron and steel enterprises.In this paper,the flow field of tundish with turbulence controller in Yangchunxin Iron and Steel Company is studied,and the moving track of molten steel in Tundish is analyzed by continuous casting test of different steel grades and according to the change of composition of transition billets of different steel grades.The results show that the flow field in tundish of turbulence controller is complex,the velocity of liquid steel exchange is different in every area,and the time of liquid steel exchange is long in dead angle area.The optimization scheme for dividing the transition billets during continuous casting of different steel grades is put forward.
